I need to add some calculation fields, I assume I have to do it in PHP. My question is, where do I enter the PHP calculations so they would show up as field?

Additionally, I need to show the status of our service (CASES) in our front end Mambo site. I know there is a Mambo/SugarCRM module but I am not sure I can use it because I need the data to be viewed only and only by the person who logs in, where the Mambo/SugarCRM module allows everyone in the account to see ALL of the information for ALL of the members of the account (serious confidentiality issue for us)...how do I pull only and only user relevant data to our front end Mambo, so that clients can see the status of the cases being worked in real time?
