We are a call center accessing Sugar CRM 5.0 remotley and have been experiencing slow down/up load time in the last couple weeks only. All otherwebsites are running fine. Any insight on to why this is happening?
Hard to say. It could be due to a number of different reasons.
First question I would ask is whether the response times are high (displayed at the bottom of each page if enabled) or if the delay is more directly tied to the time it displays the HTML on the browser.
The former would indicate that you need to look at your SQL server more so than your connection.
In short, we need more details about your setup to provide any useful advice. While you can see other sites just fine, that doesn't really tell us much, unless those sites are also hosted on the Sugar server.
Also, search the forums for "Performance" and take a look at the wiki (www.sugarcrm.com/wiki) as the topic of performance tuning has been covered a number of times.
