sugarCRM sales planning (sales target) function

Hi,

I am new to sugarCRM.

Could you let me know how to use sugarCRM to track sales target for each sales representatvie?

When we talk about sales targets what we are saying is a sales exec has to deliver 5 deals a month, means they have to submit 10 proposal stage opportunities and have 25 opportunities in various stages. Where do you get the info. When do you store the target of 5 deals per month

You can assume projects as deals and can create related opportunities.

There is no facility available in sugar to set a sales target. You need to customize the sugar to do so.

Hi pzhang,

With Sugar Pro, you would set up Forecasting and Reporting for this purpose. You could also use Workflow to send reminders about performance targets.
