If this has been addressed elsewhere, please direct me there, thanks! And apologies in advance if I have picked the wrong forum for this question.
We are struggling to configure our web-to-lead capture capability. We are running Windows Server 2005 with IIS and SQL Server. Our web server and our SugarCRM server are separate but collocated. The SugarCRM server is behind a firewall. When we try from inside the firewall (VPN), we can see the SugarCRM server from our web server (i.e., the web to lead form action works.) But when we try from outside the firewall the SugarCRM server cannot be found. The issue is not really SugarCRM, since the same behavior occurs when we try basic html form actions, but this issue is standing between us an being able to use SugarCRM.
We are hoping that there is a simple configuration (for dummies, since I'm really the marketing guy trying to get this to work). All the documentation makes it seem so straightforward. Any help or pointers on what we should be looking at will be greatly appreciated.
