Arrow SugarCRM Setup Wizard problem on winxp: not redirected to during setup procedure

I followed the Instructions published on http://sourceforge.net/docman/displa...roup_id=107819 ( Installation Tips for Windows) trying to install SugarSuite (SugarSuite-Full-2_5_1b.zip) on my WinXp Pc (No Service Packs Installed).
I succesfully installed Apache 1.3.33 (apache_1.3.33-win32-x86-no_src.exe), MySql (mysql-4.1.10a-win32.zip) and Php (php-4.3.10-Win32.zip). and made all the settings mentioned on the above page.

    The problem appears here:
Instructions are: Copy the Sugar Suite directory into <C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/> so you now have a directory like <C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/sugarsuite/>, then visit this URL in your browser: http://localhost/sugarsuite/
The /sugarsuite/ directory in that URL now corresponds to the /htdocs/sugarsuite/ directory on your computer. When you visit that URL, you should be redirected to the SugarCRM Setup Wizard.

I unzipped SugarSuite-Full-2_5_1b.zip to a folder named SugarSuite, copied the Sugar Suite directory into <C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/> so I had a directory <C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/htdocs/sugarsuite/> and visited this URL in my Firefox 1.0 browser. When I visit that URL, I should be redirected to the SugarCRM Setup Wizard but This doesn' t happen. I only see a listing of that directory and nothing else. The same happens if I use other Web Browsers

Anyone having an Idea what went wrong? And which file in the /sugarsuite/ directory is this SugarCRM Setup Wizard. Is it possible to activate it in some other way?
