SugarCRM Synch Tool for Outlook creates duplicate appointments in Outlook

Hello,

Am experiencing what I suspect is a configuration issue with the Outlook synch tool - each time I hit Synch to Sugar it creates duplicate appointments in Outlook for meetings in Sugar.

These are meetings I've created in Sugar, and which I'd like to appear (ideally only once) in Outlook when I synch - but so far the tool keeps creating additional concurrent instances of them each time I run a synch.

Some version information:

Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 5.2.0.404
Outlook 2007 (12.0.6423.1000) SP2 MSO (12.0.6425.1000)

Are you using docks for laptops?

Might sound daft but we experienced the same issue where customer laptops were docking

The Sugarplugin for Outlook is an utter waste of time, creating dupes and causing multiple issues

Use Grinmark, its a small cost but it actually works.

I think I might have to agree with you ... it nearly cost us a client relationship because of the duplicates it created.
