SugarCRM Translation Module doesn't work properly

I have installed SugarCRM 5.2.0e and tried to install Translation Module on it. Installation went with bugs and I got this message:

Rebuilding Relationships

Still module was installed, but no "Translate" link anywhere. Instead I have this on Admin page:



Anyway, I can access the module with module=Translate option in URL, but it doesn't work properly. I can open any module in menu and watch corresponding language lines, but JS doesn't work at all (can't open settings, archives and stuff).

I tried to install it on 5.1.0c, but got the same issue except that that time "Translate" link was at the bottom of the page.

Any ideas how to make it work? I can ignore the mess instead of "Translate" link, but working JS would be nice.

Would have to include a link to the module you are trying to load. More than likely one of the problems is due to the fact that the Admin menu API was changed in 5.2 and it is not backwards compatible. The module would have to be tweaked for the menu to work there.

Well, as I pointed out at the end of the original message, I wasn't able to make it work in 5.1 as well. The only difference between 5.2 and 5.1 is the right link in admin panel. JS doesn't work on both versions of SugarCRM. No idea why, honestly.

Any suggestions?

Also, can you tell me what tweak can make a "Translate" link appear in Admin panel?

I have latest versions of both SugarCRM and Translation module.

Wow... I thought that was clear. It has a name "SugarCRM Translation Module". The one from Redpill - you can see it on screenshot above. Here's a link:

There are a few modules out there that handle translations of different sorts. I get the same errors here. I'll see if I can run it through the debugger and find the error but a faster way would be to email them about it (If you havn't already)

Nope, I actually didn't write yet, but I will. Hope they still exist and interested in support.
