Default SugarCRM tries to open a blank index.php file

When I put the url of my sugarCRM installation, sometimes I get a white screen, and sometimes (after cleaning cache, usuarlly) it allows me to enter my user and password, but after putting it it tries to open a blank index.php (if I open it, it has no code) as shown in this image:

I use Plesk 8, so i did the session.save_path workaround.
I also use php 5.2.13 and mysql 14.14,

The SugarCRM I just installed is 5.5.1

żDoes anybody what can be causing this?. Thanks

More data: When I get a white screen, in the httpd error_log that line is written:

[Tue Apr 27 12:35:15 2010] [notice] child pid 6187 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

Default Re: SugarCRM tries to open a blank index.php file [SOLVED]

In the vhost.conf file of the subdomain I added:

    php_admin_value apc.enabled 0

to disable de apc php extension, and then the errors with code 11 dissapeared and SugarCRM started to work, maybe a bit slow but without problems.

I had a similar problem it seems that I had both zend and apc installed. When i uninstalled zend APC worked perfectly. APC is faster than zend at least in my setup.

is this a copy of another sugar install, i had this issues when copying to another directory and for some reason it was the .htaccess file, so i deleted it and it worked.
