SugarCRM - Unable to Delete Email

Hello all -

I did a quick forum search, but what I came across with was just another message from someone and no replies regarding not being able to delete email in Sugar 5.5.

I've tried with the account set up as both POP and IMAP. Tried from Mac, PC - Safari, Firefox, IE. The email just never deletes.

Thoughts?

in 5.2 to pretend to delete an email you can use the trash can. The email will disappear, the database won't reflect this.

I'm sure that doesn't help you, but it's at least some negative reinforcement.

I tried to use 5.5 my attempt was less than sucessful.
