Smile SugarCRM v6.0.0 Professional and Oracle 11g Enterprise

According to to release notes only Oracle 9i and 10g are supported by the enterprise version
Could you please let me know (based on your experience) whether I can use Oracle 11g Enterprise with SugarCRM v6.0.0 Professional Edition or under Enterprise Edition.

    Two important points..

    1. Oracle support is exclusive to Enterprise, so Professional is out of the question.

    and

    2. Version 11 is not officially supported, per the Supported Platforms page: http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/products...platforms.html

Were you to get Enterprise and run it on Oracle 11, you would be using an unsupported environment, which may or may not work well.

Certainly possible, but it is going to require some manual work.

You'll need to use something like Talend Open Studio, SnapLogic, Apatar, etc. to move the data as Sugar does not provide a method for performing this task or a downgrade path.
