Sugarcrm ver 6.2.3 - Skype dial facility available BUT calls not getting logged in!

Hi,

We are using sugarcrm ver 6.2.3 (Build 6658). In this version, I can see phone dialer icon against the phone numbers stored in the contacts database of sugarcrm. When I click on the dialer icon calls go through Skype. BUT, I am not able to see those calls getting logged in against those contacts. Is there a way we can find out where those calls are getting logged in. OR how to get those calls logged in against specific contacts for whom we have made those calls??

This is a browser plugin offered by Skype to dial. The Sugar App is not aware that you dialed with Skype so it's not logging this call anywhere.

You need to log the calls manually even if you dialed with Skype.
