Hello

I'm currently looking at SugarCRM (Community Edition) for use in a construction company and I have a few things I'm not sure if the system can do or how to go about implimenting the setup to meet the requirements .

Can someone please answer/point me in the right direction with the following:

  • Integrating web leads from multiple sites and flagging them for filtering + associating the filter with specific user groups
  • Do web lead submissions check for multiple submissions from the same IP within a time frame and against
    existing lead contact details? I.e. same email address/contact number and surname
  • Is it possible to filter leads between user groups according to a schedule or array?
  • Can it somehow be split into multiple subsidaries where each company can only see their own data but the parent company can see all. I.e. can access to all data be separated according to user groups?
  • Can a status field be applied to an account that when changed also changes the owner of the account in order to create a workflow process?
  • Can owner history alterations be reported on?
