I want to use my iPhone to access My Sugar at the office. We use Sugar 6.4 Pro and when I launch my iphone app it asks for two pieces of information. The first is "Enter On Demand Instance Name" what is this? No where on the app is there any explanation. The second is my email address. I think I have the second question handled. HELP!
