Hi

I have allmost everything working, exept one thing. When I create new case through Joomla component, every words are cutted before first Ä or Ö letter+ some special characters. If I edit cases through Sugar eg. add Ä and Ö letters, everything is ok
when I look changes through Joomla. So there must be something with form parsing, but I'm not coder, so I don't have a clue, hope somebody have .

Problem must be with parser. If I change defaultcharset from apache httpd.conf to UTF-8 data is sent to Sugar, but webpage shows carbage ( ä and ö letters ), when I change defaults to ISO-8859-1 or Off, webpage shows data I inserted earlier perfectly, but if I create new case, nothing is sent to Sugar after first ä or ö letter. Does anybody have an idea ??
I wonder is it only chance to get support in here, buying some sort of support ticket ?? Is OS product supported att all or are OS users only cheap test environment for commercial product ???
