    Default SugarPro5.0 - System Settings not saving

    When I try to update the system settings, the changes are not holding. ANy ideas why?

    Take a look at the sugarcrm.log at the root of your installation. Check if there is any error at the tail of the file.
    Also check if the file config_override.php is writable by the user under which the web server is running.

    Thanks André

    There is nothing in that log fiel since Nov (when we imported the database).

    I chmod'd the config_override.php to 775 and still nothing.

    Any other ideas?

    How many admin users has into your system?
    Create another admin user and try to update the System Settings through this one.
