Sugarsuite cannot start after upgrade

Dear all Experts,

I previous using Appserv 2,5,4 with Sugar Suite 4.0.1 , but after upgrade to 2.5.6, it cannot start now.

Any comments are welcome to solve my problem, thank you !!!!




Operating system type and version (Windows 2003 Server)
Sugar Suite version (4.0.1)
Webserver type and version (Apache 2.2.2)
PHP version (5.1.4)
MySQL server version (5.0.22)

I am not sure if my question is too basic here for answer.

But I really cannot find any help form the forum.

do you have a user 'sugarcrm'@'localhost' defined in mysql? Is the password set to the same one you have in config.php?
