suPHP + Safe-Mode issue

Hi my Dears!

Following situation:

1. I've installed SugarCRM OS on a server of a professional hosting provider which I share with other users/accounts.
2. They operate the PHP in Safe-Mode AND modify it with help of suPHP for safety reasons
3. They already checked this specs of SugarCRM OS for me and assured that everything has been configured as it should.
4. I still can't access the Module Loader but any other Admin Tool. Only the execution of the Diagnotic Tool shows an error (see below)

WHAT THA *** DO I WANT ?!
Solution on how I have to configure the suPHP WITHOUT deactivating SAFE-MODE

WHY DO I DON'T WANT TO JUST DEACTIVATE THE SAFE MODE??
'Cause the hosting provider wants me to sign a contract, where I take full responsibility of data loss which could be caused because of the deactivation of the safe-mode ALSO for other users!

I would be very happy if somebody could tell me WHAT the safe mode is restricting regarding the SugarCRM OS so I can modify it with suPHP for full functionality!
