Hi my Dears!
Following situation:
- I've installed SugarCRM OS on a server of a professional hosting provider which I share with other users/accounts.
- They operate the PHP in Safe-Mode AND modify it with help of suPHP for safety reasons
- They already checked this specs of SugarCRM OS for me and assured that everything has been configured as it should.
- I still can't access the Module Loader but any other Admin Tool. Only the execution of the Diagnotic Tool shows an error (see below)
»
Operating system type and version - Linux
»
Sugar Suite version - SugarSRM OS v4.5.1b
»
PHP version - 4.4.4
»
MySQL server version - 4.1.20
»
Webserver - Apache Don't now which version... an actual?
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I EXECUTE DIAGNOSTICS?!
Warning: set_time_limit() [function.set-time-limit]: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in
/home/.sites/123/site375/web/sugar/modules/Administration/DiagnosticRun.php on line 35 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE MODULE LOADER?!
...wait...
...wait...
...after 2 min...
INTERNAL SERVER ERROR (CGI)
WHAT THA *** DO I WANT ?!
Solution on how I have to configure the suPHP WITHOUT deactivating SAFE-MODE
WHY DO I DON'T WANT TO JUST DEACTIVATE THE SAFE MODE??
'Cause the hosting provider wants me to sign a contract, where I take full responsibility of data loss which could be caused because of the deactivation of the safe-mode ALSO for other users!
