Hi,

I am bit new to SugarCRM. I am sending Campaign emails to all prospective clients. I have added these clients to target lists. I take care in adding the clients. I import the contacts using the CSV file. But most of the times few fields are empty. But i am sure i have selected the right Column.

Problem 2: There are still targets with email address. When i send email to these contacts nearly 75% of the emails show up in Suppressed by email address or Domain. There will be few contacts for whom email will go without a problem. I don't know if i am making some mistake while importing or sending the campaign mail.

I am looking forward for some help with this.
