Any suggestions how to get the address details from an Outlook contact to a Sugar account when first syncing using the Outlook plug-in?

i.e. We are syncing a set of Outlook contacts to Sugar. Initially Sugar does not have the Account details.

If you sync all contacts from one company, or just ONE contact from a particular company to Sugar, the first time Sugar will set up that contact's company as an Account in Sugar. However, it doesn't include the address details.

That means after syncing a whole lot of contacts from different companies, we then have to go back an manually enter address details in each Account that has been established by Sugar.
