    Default Synchronizing contacs

    Hey there,
I´ve plenty of contacts in my microsoft outlook 2003 and I want to have them in sugarcrm. That's so far no problem. Importing the data via .csv files is no big deal. However it would be nice to synchronise the contacts with MS outlook, to keep them updated. Is there a way to do that? I've installed the grinmark software but I can't execute the grinmarkcontactsynchronizer.exe . It tells me:

"La aplicación generó una excepción que no se pudo controlar.
    Id de proceso=0x750 (1872), id. de subproceso=0x6dc (1756)."

I don't have to do the synchronization necessarily with the grinmark application. In fact I don't need any program, if there is a manual way to update my contacts. But when I repeat the procedure of reading in all the contacts from a .csv-file, I get only duplicates. Is there a way to avoid that behaviour and to only update the already existing contacts by reading in the same (slightly changed) data from a .csv-file?

    Thanx for your replies,

    Joe

You can use the find duplicates function after you've imported the csv again. Then you can merge and select which data to keep and update.

Ok. I also got some problems with that feature.
When I import the data I add the field "synchronise with outlook" and I enable it, clicking on the little box, that appears on the right side. However, after the data import, the field "synchronise with outlook", is still not enabled. How can that happen? What did I do wrong?
