System Settings Not Saving, Reverting Back To Default

When I change any of the settings in system settings and click save it refreshes the window and the changes seem to take effect, but then when I browse away from system settings and return the settings all default back. Also, I cant change the logo image either, when I browse and choose our logo and click save, it is not saving.

Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239)
PHP: 5.1.6
MySQL 5.0.22

Running on CENTOS 4.4 PLUS SMP

Somewhat of a fix, CHMOD 777 <sugarRootFolder>

Though I am not happy about this, this seems to allow to save your settings in system settings, though I still cant use my custom logo image, that inst working. I am not very happy about 777'ing the entire directly, but at least it inst recusive, just the files that lay in that folder.

Anybody know how I can get my custom logo working? Thnks!

Try emptying your browser cache. This usually helps

I tried clearing the cache, the default logo still shows. Here is a screen shot:



The suar logo is pulling from:

http://myip/crm/themes/BoldMove/images/company_logo.png

My custom logo is displayed from:

http://myip/crm/include/images/company_logo.png

It is pulling the image from teh theme folder, am I surposed to go into each theme and images folder and override the image manaually? Thanks for the help.

I had the same thing happen to me. After clearing the cache and waiting 15 minutes everything worked fine. It is a odd bug...

In Windows server setup I had to modify the write permission for the Network Service to the cache/images directory so it could upload.
