Tab order chance

How do I change the order of the tabs Home, Dashboard, Calendar...etc. I want to change the order. Put Leads after Home , Documents before contacts and so on. I tried in Configure Group Tabs but no use. They don't move.
Pleas help me.

Log into the system as admin or any other users with admin privileges.
Click on Admin at the right top corner.
Click on Configure Tabs
Drag and Drop the tabs according to your needs.
Click in Save.

Thank you. I did it and in the configure tab they show in the order I want them but when I save they dont show the change in the tabs. The hide buttons feature work but arranging it does not seem to affect it at all. Maybe I have to hide them then rearange it.

Woaw.. negative.. I tried hiding them all and then replacing them in the order I preffer. I does not work. They rearange themselves only in the original order. can anybody help please?

Hello,

go to your 'My Account' link at the top. Click Edit. Scroll down to the Layout Options area. In the 'Display Tabs' column, you can use the up and down arrows to change the order in which the tabs appear. Click Save.

This will only change the order on a user by user basis, so each user can click on their My Account and modify the order to their preference
