Tabs for Custom Modules disappeared

After adding some "Relationships" to a Custom Module in SugarCRM 5.2, all my Custom Module Tabs vanished. In looking at the files using FTP. it looks at a quick glance that there are folders with the Custom Module names and data in them, so I am guessing that the data is not lost, just the tabs. Has anybody run into this and/or know how to fix it?

are the tabs in the left hand column?

Hi - No, they are not appearing in the Left Margin after doing Admin/Configure Tabs ...

Try to Repair Roles on Admin -> Repair

OK I just tried that, & then logged in again, and no change
however
I went ahead & ran all the Repair options, from the bottom of the list & up. Still doesn't work, but when I ran "Rebuild .htaccess" //i get the following error ... maybe is a clue or unrelated:
