Tabs not visible after upgrade

Hello Friends,
I have upgraded sugarcrm5.00a version to the latest 6.1 version of sugarcrm. I have developed custom modules in the 5 version. After upgrade I am not able to view the module name in tabs. When checked in the modules folder i do find the custom modules developed by me. Any help how to get the custom modules to be displayed in the tab in the 6.1 version.

Sugarcrm Version :-6.1
Operating System :- Linux
Apache:-2.X
Mysql:-5.1
PHP:-5.2

I have the same problem: after the upgrading to 6.1 I should be able to see the grouped tabs, but I can't

please help!
