Tags and Tagging

Hi,

Is it possible to use tags in SugarCRM?

We'd like to tag contacts if they want to receive certain news letters we send out periodically. I know there is the Campaigns tab for this, but it would be much easier just tag the contacts in the contact list, instead of creating target lists. Or any better idea?
