I have sugarcrm installed on windows xp and using database sqlserver 2005. I want to take backup of the usgarcrm data ,but how will I do this ?

The link inside the sugarcrm admin is unable to take backup ,alwayas giving an error.

Giving error as directory is not writable while directory has permission of 777 .. What is happening ?
