Default Target list in Sugar is empty (but DB is not)

    Hi.

Using 4.5.0f, my "targets" page shows up as empty, but my associated table (prospects) has about 1000 targets in it.

The search has been cleared, so thats not the problem. Anybody else sees that?

    Mike

The target list is maintained in a seperate table. The targets must be defined. When you open the target do you see any contacts or Leads listed in the target? If you do not you must select them. This way you can create diffrent targeted lists that a single lead/contact based on critera. It is a pain to create in the opensource version as you must select each page or individual for the target list. But in the Professional and Enterprise you can pull in a list based on a Report that allows complex filters.
    Cheers,

    I had this problem.

Go to "My Account", click "Restore to default preferences", and try again. That seemed to fix it for me.
