I must be doing something wrong cause this is just stupid.
Im trying to populate a target list for an email campaign.
I have like 14000 contacts of which I only want to select those who have an email and are not assigned to a certain user. Of some reason the Contact search (in target lists) differs greatly from the advanced search (in contacts), you can't for example choose people with an email address (%@%) and you can't choose all results, just the ones on active page. Why??
So, first of all, from the contact view I have to put all my selected contacts (about 9000) in like Lead source or Assign them to the same user to be able to later on choose them from the target list? Yea, fine I'll put them in "Word of Mouth" (its stupid but ok).
Now my problem is that Sugar runs out of memory if I choose more than 500 per time (Listview items per page). Ok, fine I'll choose 500 each time.
Next problem is that I can't show the next 500 in the list, doesn't matter which arrow I click. It still displays the first 500...
Am I going insane?
AND, how do I remove all my selected contacts from the target list? There is no "Remove all"? Do I have to create a new list?
Could someone give me a hint how to tackle this problem, I mean I must be doing it the wrong way.
