Task: Assign to

I have the latest SugarCRM 6.2.0 community edition and have created 3 users:
- Administrator
- RegularUser
- OtherAdministrator

All three users are marked as Active.

The issue is that I cannot assign a task to anyone else but the Administrator user (while logged in as the administrator)

The user lookup works fine, but upon save the 'Assigned To' isn't saved unless it is the administrator.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I'd check the role permissions for the regular users. Maybe they don't have the rights to work with tasks.

As far I know that only filter that there is, is that the users has to have the status equals to active.
The function that gets the list of users is in include/utils.php, and is named get_user_array, but default it filters just "status='Active'"
