Task Calendar Not Working

When I try to add a task to a lead, I am unable to enter a date or use the calendar popup. Other date fields and calendars throughout the site work correctly

Sugar Version 4.2.1
Sugar Edition - Open Source
Category Tasks
Operating System Linux
PHP Version 4.4.2
Database MySQL 4.1.15
Web Server Apache 1.3.36

To recreate the problem, all I have to do is go to the "Create task" page. When I click on the calendar icon nothing happens (not even an error message) and I am unable to place my cursor in the date field to manually enter the date.

Umm.. i was having the same problem as well till I noticed there were two checkboxes right next to the duedate and startdate called "None" and when they are clicked, you can't really select a date!
