    Default Tasks in Cases view not showing up.

    Hello all,

    I had a quick question, and hopefully I am just missing something simple. Here is my scenario:

    Customer emails support address. I go in, create a case for the support request, which I assign to an employee. I then assign a task for the employee to perform. The employee gets his email to go do the task.

    My problem is that when he goes into the case view, the task is not under the activities tab. You can get to it by going to the main activities panel, and selecting tasks from the shortcut, but it will not link it directly under the case view.

    I am also selecting the proper case in the related to area. have tried creating a new task off of the main area, and also under the case view.

    Using Community Edition 5.2.0a

    Any help is appreciated, thanks!
