Tasks on Home Page - Due date all red, even upcoming

OK, I upgraded to 4.5 recently and noticed that the "My Tasks" on the home page aren't displaying correctly. The due date is red for all tasks whether they are past or upcoming. I have applied all of the recent patches up to 4.5.0d and still not working. Does anyone else have this problem?

If this is not a bug, my best guess for a potential source for this problem could be the files that were not merged during the upgrade process. I have to say that I am completely cofused regarding the "automatically preserved files". I figured it was preserving these files because it needed to. But then it creates a task that I need to manually merge these files. Could this be the problem?

Can anyone help me please. I just upgraded to 4.5.0f and I still have this problem. Does anyone else notice this?

There have been several bug submissions on this one, but the latest I can see is bug 9897.

No fix yet.
