Tasks and Notes duplicating error

I have one particular user that is encountering the problem of having his tasks and notes duplicated. The user will enter the task or note once but two of them show up. Even if I log in on his machine with my log/pass, it still does it. However, I can log on to another machine with his or my log/pass and it doesnt happen. It obvioulsy sounds like something is up with his machine and the Sugar Application but I dont know where to begin.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you checked the mouse click speed in Windows? My gut would say that either the click speed is off or your have a user that thinks they need to click twice in their browser to perform a task as they would in their operating system.

Checked his mouse speed and it's fine. I watched him while he did it also. I switched him over to firefox and it worked fine without duplicating. So it must be some issue with Explorer 7.0 on his machine.
