Taxes in quotes not being calculated

Hi there,

It's good to be with you here again guys!!!

...Ok,

I have this issue: when I create a new quote and add rows to it, it calculates the Subtotal and
Total of the items I've added but doesn't calculate the Tax, We've noticed that to get to see it
discriminated among the other values calculated we have to edit the saved quote.
How can I fix this? and why it is working this way?, does anyone know how to repare this issue??

Any suggestions??

First suggestion would be to tell us what version of SugarCRM you are currently using. ;-)

I wrote what kbrill asked but I'm still waiting for an answer; is this detail an important thing to mention?, I guess sometimes it isn't because it doesn't help others help you out of the issue!!!

Hi,

We will be looking into that. The problem is that in our case (5e pro currently) the tax is calculated correctly but after saving the tax amount always shows 100% of the quoted/invoiced amount.

Apart from that the European way of calculating taxes is not per invoice but per line since (as you are surely aware of) you may have different tax rates within one invoice.
