Team Assignments limited to Team Member's?

Hello,

I am new to SugarCRM and I have just set up some Team's. My question is, how do you limit the Team Assignments to just the Team that user is a member of? Currently, if I am logged in as the Member (Employee) and I am adding Leads, etc, I can see all of the other Employees and select other Teams's to assign my Leads, etc to. Can this be changed? I do not want my Employees to see all of the other Employees and be able to assign another Team to their files.

Any assistance would be great.

Are you using the default Teams module available in the PRO/ENT flavors or the TeamsOS for SugarCRM 4.5.* version?

It is possible to do that, but you need to make some changes.

I believe what you need to do is assign the users roles that give them Team rights so that they can only see Team records instead of All. You should be able to assign the role to the Team as well to ease administration but I'm not sure in Pro/Ent off hand.
