I'm having some trouble getting a report to work the way I want it to.
What I want to do is to have a report that shows all open cases belonging to a team that haven't been assigned to an individual user. The idea is that this report can be in "My Favorite Reports," and then users can have that dashlet turned on, so right whent hey log in, they can hit it and see if there are any cases to be grabbed.
If I'm doing this right, users should only be able to see cases for teams they are members of.
This is a simple rows and columns report.
I have two filtters.
- Team Name Is Not Empty
- Status One of (Fields that indicate case is not closed)
I have three display columns.
- Case Number
- User Name
- Subject
The report is assigned to admin, but the team is global.
When I run it, I see some of the cases for user teams, but not all.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
I don't think OS or version matters too much for this: I've had the same results on two different versions of Sugar 5.2.0a, one on a Windows 2003 Server and the other on Ubuntu 8.10.
