Each time I add a new user and then try to edit the "default team" that is assigned to that user there is nothing in the drop down box. Why is that?

Shouldn't I be able to assign the default team at the time I am setting up the user?

hello,

are you using sugar pro or ent? You can only set the default team once you save the user. Upon save, the user is auto added to the Global team, and their personal team is created as well. You can then determine which you want to set as their default team. Also, you would need to attach the user to any additional teams after you first save the user. Once the user is attached to additional teams, you can then set those teams as a default.

Which version are you using?
Did you try this: Admin -> Repair -> Repair Teams?
