Teams and Dashlets

Hi all,

Bit of a strange one. Using open source 4.5.0f and teams OS 3.3d. All works as expected aside from the home page dashlets for Top Opportunities, My Accounts, Leads etc.

Basically, when a user first logs in - if they click any entry via a Dashlet they get the "Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.".

Now, if the user hits the Accounts module tab, brings up a list view, and then goes back to the homepage all is resolved. They do not need to open up any accounts, just bring up the List View and that seems to make the team OS code "kick-in".

Once they have done this, clicking via My Accounts dashlet now works fine without any problems. Log out and back in, go round the same loop again.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve it?

Interesting. I have just noticed .... if I click the links via dashlets and get the error, I can get around it if I modify the URL and drop "stamp=" off the end.

Not sure if that helps... anyone know what stamp is supposed to do? I assume it's a time stamp but presume any database updates to data would be using NOW() or similar. I can drop it from the URL via editing include/Dashlets/DashletGenericDisplay.tpl ....but ponder if that's the right thing to be doing.
