Default Teams OS - how does it work.

    Hi

I would like to get such a result: I want to make a few users (ex. sales people) to see each other records (for ex. documents, accounts, contacts).

So far i've installed TeamsOS 3.3f and tried to make a private Team for every user, and then a Team for group of Users, but it doesn't change anything in access to records.
Roles doesn't help here as well.

I'm working with SugarCRM 4.5.1h Open Source Edition.

    Thank you for any help

    Hi, Jacek.

Are your testing using admin users??

The teams behavior does not work for admin users.

Have assigned some records to a team not related to the user you are testing?

    Cheers

    Hi

I am working on demo data from SugarCRM, so I am not working on Admin users.

I added chris and max to a 'Team 1'. I added thier's account records a team: Team 1.

And I would like to get something like this: Whet chris logs on and views his accounts he can see all the accounts from his team (so his records and his team mates records).

    Hi, Jacek.

I believe that, in the ListVIew the user can see everything, but not editing or detailing.

I suggest you send a message to kbrill asking for it.

    Hi Andre

I've sent him an email, but he hasn't replied for a week right now.

Do you know why http://www.crmupgrades.com/ doesn't work. There seems to be my solution, but this site is not working.

    best regards

    Jacek
