    Default Team's user management not available

    Hello,

    I was using Sugar Suite 3.0.1 since yesterday, when I updated the system to 4.5.0b (Build 1144). In the older version, I had created teams, which could create their own users. So you could log in as TeamA and you didn't have any tabs, but only the home-tab from which you could create the user 'John Doe', who was then automaticly assigned to TeamA. This was made with a role called 'User Management'.

    Now, those teams cannot create their useres anymore. How can I get this functionality back?
