TeamsOS error, line 69

Steps to reproduce problem:
Click on the "X" to close a task from the Home module in the "My Open Tasks" Dashlet
When the task shows up, status is now "Complete", so hit "Save"
This error shows:
Home
*Fatal error*: add_team_if_needed() [function.require <http://[sugar-ip]/function.require>]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/php/includes') in *[path-to-sugar]/modules/TeamsOS/TeamFormBase.php* on line *69*

Closing Tasks works fine when I start from a module that uses Teams, for instance from a subpanel of the Contacts window or from the Activities module itself. This is the workaround, but I'd appreciate any thoughts on how to close out a Task from the "My Open Tasks" Dashlet.

I am having the same problem and have yet to find a work around. anyone else have any clue on this one?
