Technical problems

Whenever i create or update a contact or an account and then i save the information, i get signed out from sugar and then i have to log in back again and sometimes the details would be saved and other times no..does anyone know why is that?
Also whenever i try to open the Staff Handbook in Sugar, i get a message saying that the page cannot be found. Is there a way to solve such kind of problem? Can that be solved from the admin account? PLEASE HELP!!

Which SugarCRM version are you using?
What version of apache/mysql/php are installed?
Did you install any patch or module into your sugar installation?
