I need some help about creating and measure a telemarketing campaign. (by sugarcrm)

I have some specific needs:

1.Creat a target list for my campaign by selecting targets from contacts or accounts tables

2. Create some specific new fields
that will help me monitorize my campaign activities. These fields should be create in a specific table that is integrated with my new campaign.The campaign data table.

Eg: What is the deadline promised by the client - a data type field in relashionships with my target (contacts) and with my campaign.

Do i received the draft input material from my contact: YES / NO

And so on .....

3. Create a report query
using Zucker Reports that will show me the campaign status

Hope you have some advices and Sugar CRM aplication already provide features to solve my problem.
