I need some valuable suggestions form you all.I would like the Telephony system to be integrated in to Sugarcrm. Can any one give their valuable feed back to which module suits the best. Is there any guide to install the module with respect to sugar for the telephony system to integrate step by step?.I would like to go with
Community Edition of Sugarcrm 5.2.K and 5.5
PHP:5.2
Mysql:-5.2.2
Apache:- 2.2
Operating system:- Linux/ Windows
