When I try to do a mailmerge I get an error like this :-

The requested URL /sugarpro/cache/MergedDocuments/sugartokendoc0.44737300 1219133371.doc was not found on this server.

I have set up the template, mail merge is enabled, but it does not find the template.

Any ideas?
