there is a bug about workflow

I have created a Workflow with the name 'east area'
then add condition,I selected -When a field in the target module contains a specified value
and select a text field,such as shipping city,then,the operators show 'equals' and 'does no equal' but there is no 'contains' operator.

It's not really a bug, it a feature that has been left out. I tried to write a quick mod to add it in and found that it is harder than it looks. I will try to spend some time on this over the weekend (or maybe the next) and come up with a patch that will add "Contains", "Starts With" and "Ends with" into workflow arguments for text fields.
