Is there a Short cut to match edit view and detail view field layouts?

I am setting up layouts and was wondering if there is a short cut in Studio>Accounts admin to make edit view and the detail view have the same layout with out doing each field manually. For consistency sake from the user's view I think it makes sense for these to match.

Unfortunately there is no such feature. What we use to do is:
customize through Studio either DetailView or EditView;
edit the customized file;
copy the panels array to non customized file.
