Hello
I am looking for a way to have any information added to a work log in cases disappear when the case is saved and closed but show up in the view change log in a case.
Right now I have set the work log field to Audit so the information does show up in the view change log of the case.
I can delete and add new information to the work log but I was wondering if there was a way to have the information disappear and add to the change log so the next person could just add the information without deleting the information already in the work log text box.
We are using sugar Version 6.1.1 (Build 5512) on a windows 2008 SBS
