    Default Ticket/Case management

I'm a small business and not quite ready to invest in SugarCRM pro or Enterprise, though I will be in 2008.

I've installed Community on my PHP/MySQL server (where I also host my Drupal-powered website). Is there a way I can let clients open support tickets/cases that would integrate with the CRM --- without investing in Pro/Extended?

There are a couple ways you could do that, but the easiest would be a webform in Drupal ... submitted to an email address that Sugar monitors. Sugar can even auto respond to your clients.

Set up your email, setup Sugar (admin / monitor inbound email / setup auto response.

It's pretty straight forward to setup.
