Time out problem

Hi,
I have asked a question in forum yesterday,but can't get solution yet.No one is there to help me out.
Please help me in solving the problem.Here is the problem again.

While creting a case I am facing some problems.If little bit more time I take to create a case, then its shows the following message and I can't able to save the case.

Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button.

Please Help me out,what I have to do now.

If you are using WAMP server, U can try changing the max execution time..

in Apache-> bin-> php.ini file change the max_execution_time = 10000.

Shanthakumar is correct. But don't set it to such a big value. Set it as 300 . (300 = 5 min). I think this is enough. If your application exceeds this 300sec limit, then optimize the code which is taking much time.

I am very sorry for that but I can't the file named php.ini in Apache-> bin.
please assist me what to do now or elaborate little bit more.
